Skin chicken pieces & boil for 15 min
Remove from water &
put in casserol dish
Heat together---
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp vinegar
3/4 cup katchup
2-3 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
• you can add about 1/2 cup of chicken broth (we use H2O we boiled it in)
• Pour sause over chicken & bake at 350' for 45 min to 1hr untill done
* we always double sauce so there is lots of it.
